Lee Byung-hun (Korean: 이병헌; born July 12, 1970[1]) is a South Korean actor. He has received praise for his work in a wide range of genres, most notably Joint Security Area (2000);All In (2003); A Bittersweet Life (2005); The Good, the Bad, the Weird (2008); I Saw the Devil (2010); Masquerade (2012); and the television series Iris (2009) and Mr. Sunshine (2018). Dr. Byung-Cheol ("B.C.") Min is an Associate Professor and University Faculty Scholar in the Department of Computer and Information Technology at Purdue University. He is the inaugural director of the Applied AI Research Center (AARC) and runs his research lab called SMART Lab (www.smart-laboratory.org) at Purdue. Dr. Min is also an affiliated faculty member with the Purdue Robotics Accelerator (PRA), the Institute for Control, Optimization and Networks (ICON), and the Institute for a Sustainable Future (ISF). From 2022 to 2024, Dr. Min co-led the Realizing the Digital Enterprise (RDE) Research Impact Area, which includes 60 faculty members from six departments across the college to stimulate multi-disciplinary collaboration using socio-technical approaches.
